Regulations from the UK Gambling Commission mandate that, as of May 7th, 2019, gambling operators in the UK must verify each player's identity and that they are at least 18 years old before allowing them to play any games. After we have received and approved your ID, your winning payment will be processed using your preferred withdrawal method in 1 working day. Within one working day of receiving the request, the Banking Team reviews each withdrawal. Payments that are approved will be made using the withdrawal method you specified if no identification is required.

The following two causes could lead to a failed login:

1. You have a sluggish or unreliable internet connection. When connecting through your network provider in a location with poor service, this is most frequently the case. If you are unable to access your account due to your data connection, it is advised that you try again when you are connected to Wi-Fi.

2. It's possible that you entered the incorrect information into your account. If your password is incorrect, you will receive an error message. If you can't remember your password, use the "Forgot Password" button on the login screen.

The only thing you have to pay for is your wager; both downloading our apps and playing our games online are free. If you download an app to your phone, your service provider may charge you a small data fee. If you have inquiries about costs, we suggest using Wi-Fi to access the internet or contacting your service provider.

If you are 18 years of age or older, you can play our games for free in demo mode. You must be signed into your account and have your account verified as being older than 18 in order to access demo mode. Naturally, playing in this way won't give you a chance to win real money.
